Derkas Properties is the real estate arm of Derkas Holdings, LLC, a small, privately held investment company based in Apple Valley, Utah. Through Derkas Properties, we buy land, homes, and recreational property across the state.
Derkas Holdings was formed in 2026 to bring our real estate investing under one company. Our experience goes back much further: we've been involved in Utah real estate since 2005, along with other Utah business ventures and investments.
When a property owner reaches out, we review the property ourselves and talk with them about their situation. If it fits what we buy, we'll discuss an offer. If it doesn't, we'll tell them honestly and talk through other options, which may include other Utah buyers we work with or listing the property on the open market.
